I'm trying to use a scroll panel in a hotspot graded question. i want the learners to click a specific area of a document, and the scroll panel would be one way to make the document visible enough. Everytihing works until I add the image and the hotspot in the scroll panel. Then, the hotspot would not activate.
Is the hotspot truely in the scrolling panel? If you can see the hotspot in your timeline, it isn't - drag it/move it around within the scrolling area until it dissapears from the timeline (into the scrolling layer).
the hotspot is in the scroll panel. It moves along with the image i want users to scroll up and down. However, in Preview mode, you when you click anywhere in the scroll panel, it will not select any areas.

I don't think a scroll panel will work with a hotspot question
