I haven't noticed these issues in a published course, but would you be able to share your .story file here with us so that we could take a look? If you'd prefer to share privately you can also send it to us here. Also, can you confirm that you're viewing the published output within the intended environment (instead of on your local drive) . Please let us know what version of Storyline you're using to publish as well (update 4 released earlier this month).
