Question on Pricing for Storyline 2

We currently have Storyline 1 but do not use it that much because unfortunately our end users are still on IE6 and until they finally get them upgraded I am limited on how much I can use Storyline. That being said, I see that the upgrade price from now until the end of the month is $699 but it doesn't say what the upgrade price will be after that time period is over with. My boss and I are trying to do a cost analysis to see if or when we should upgrade to Storyline 2 based on the fact that we aren't using it much right now.  Can anyone tell me what the difference in price will be after 9/30 so we can make an educated decision on this?
