Hi everyone, I am facing one issue in my course. I have created a question bank with 3 question and notes tab is enable in these question slide with no notes. but when when we are reviewing the course question slide displaying the notes from the other slide of the course, which is last visited. Please suggest if I need to do any setting or any other process to fix this issue.
This sounds similar to an issue I just saw reported to our QA team in regards to the notes from other slides are displayed on slides that do not have any notes in the project.
Our team is investigating this, but in the meantime you could look at adding some spaces or even a simple period into the notes section to have "something" available there and that may assist with the display issue.
I'll also include this thread in the report filed with our QA team so that I can update you here once there is additional information available.
I wanted to provide an update here, as Storyline 2 Update 10 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed an issue where notes from a previous slide would appear in published output if the current slide didn't include notes. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.
