I've created a question bank of 21 questions and set the quiz to randomly display 10 of these.
Anyway, in the published version, the text in the question block looks like the line spacing is significantly less than that shown in the design view and to the published answer - see attached pic.
Be sure to view your content in its intended environment. If you published for Web or LMS, upload your content to a server for proper viewing. If you're viewing content locally, publish for CD, then double-click the Launch_Story.exe file. Otherwise, local security restrictions in your computer and browser will cause various features to fail.
You could attach your file here if you would like us to review it.
Thanks for getting back so quickly. I can't upload the original file for commercial reasons but I've recreated the problem in the attached file. See how differently the question text appears when previewed compared with how it looks in design mode.
Thanks again for your help with this. I did as you did and copied the question text into a new text box and it now displays properly. I'll keep an eye out for this again and let you know if it rears its head.

Thanks for sharing Brian.
I am not getting the same issue on my end. Here is the preview:
What font are you using? It is coming up blank in the file, so I think it must be one that I do not have installed.
Just testing, if you move the "Question %QuestionNo%" into a separate text box you get this:
This does not look like the image you shared, however my eyes can play tricks on me, so let me know if you get the same results.
Attached is a file.
