I previewed the whole course and it looks fine in Storyline 2.However, when it's loaded in our LMS, it says " No valid files were encountered. Please confirm that you have the correct file path and try again." I am pretty sure it's the zipped file I published on my computer. What could go wrong?
You'll want to ensure you're following the publish method here for an LMS, and then you'll want to upload the entire contents of the published output folder into your LMS. You may also want to test the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content.

Did you configure for one of the standards, e.g. SCORM in the LMS publishing dialog, published and then zipped the content ?
