Articulate also provides a free player app (downloadable from the AppStore or GooglePlay Store) to improve stability and performance.
2. You could set up your own Learning Management System (e.g. Moodle) or subscribe to some hosted LMS (e.g. Articulate Online) to track access.

As Michael stated, you should be able to view on supported devices with internet connection.
