Are you viewing the course in the Articulate Mobile Player, or in HTML5/Safari?
When you draw slides from a question bank in Articulate Storyline and choose not to randomize the questions, you may find that they're still shuffled in HTML5 output.
This is a known issue. It'll be fixed in the next software update for Storyline. In the meantime, copy the question slides to a scene in your project rather than using a question bank.
(Tip: A quick way to do this is to create a copy of your Storyline project file. Then import the question slides from the copied project file into a scene in the original project file.)
