A course will have an Exit button, (which is fine for IE), but many also have Firefox and Chrome. I just want to say "Use the exit button, or just close the browser window".
Will just closing the browser window affect the SCORM process/bookmarking at all?
The javascript needed to mark the course complete/incomplete fires when the window is closed so it will not affect the completion data being sent.
the exit button is based on javascript and often will not fire whatever browser you are using
From a semantics point of view, we used "close this browser window" but some people dont know what a browser is. We ended up saying "to exit the course close this window"
