I am having a problem with a package that has been developed. The package contains six question banks. The question number counter continues to add to the tally both when the original answers are reviewed and when the questions are replayed again.
I have compared against another package with the same internal structure and does not demonstrate this problem and there appears to be no difference in the way it has been set up. Any input would be most appreciated.
I got the package and have had a quick look. It appears you only have one variable to count for all the quiz slides but I couldn't see where you are resetting that variable when the user clicks the button on the result slide to review the quiz
I could see that there was something wrong with the quiz counter variable. However, I wasn't aware that a separate variable was required to reset that variable.

Not a separate variable a trigger.
So on each result slide/layer where the user clicks the Review Button add a trigger to adjust variable varQuestionNumbering=0. Make sure this trigger is before the Review Results trigger

No, neither of the triggers you describe are evident within this package.

Then I'd guess that would be why the counter keeps going up when you review the quiz.
