Quiz banks not working in Moodle

I'm hoping that some of the Moodle experts on this forum will be able to help me.

I have uploaded an Articulate 360 Course to my Moodle LMS (version 3.3). It has a quiz bank of 10 questions - 5 are picked randomly for the learner to answer.

When I test this and fail the quiz getting 20% - I am shown the results failure layer showing that I got 20% and giving me the option to re-take the quiz or re-read the course.

If I exit the course at this point without clicking either of those buttons Moodle reports as 20% and not completed which is correct.

However, if I resume the course it takes me back to the Success Layer slide saying I have passed the course with a percentage score of infinity and there is no way to re-take the quiz or re-read the course as those buttons do not appear on the success layer.

If I then exit the course Moodle reports the course as Complete with a score of 0%.

I've done some searching on the Moodle forums and have now discovered that Moodle does not support SCORM 2004 which is what I had published the course to as I was hoping to get question level reporting and I know this gives better information.

Can anybody advise how I can fix this issue? Should I be publishing to SCORM 1.2? I have 5 courses built in the same way due to go live for a client next week.

Many thanks

Alena

Hi Alena! I wanted to share that we're tracking an issue where the score is Infinity% when exiting and resuming from the results side if the question slides and result slide reset to the initial state. Does this match your setup?

I'll leave the other Moodle piece to community Moodlers out there, but I want to make sure we cover you for that behavior if it matches!

Hi Alena,

Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like you may be running into a bit of a different issue.
