Quiz Branching Question

May 15, 2013

So, I have this stupidly monstrously huge training I made a while back.  It was the first training I had ever done, so it's decidedly not perfect.

Anyways, it's become clear that it was quite evil of me to send someone back to the very beginning of each section if they fail its quiz, because the sections are incredibly long.  I want to take the user back to just the slides related to the questions they missed, but I don't want to do it during the quiz, I only want to do it if they fail the quiz.

Is there some obvious built in way to do this, or am I going to need to put in a variable for each Quiz question and then direct them back to those slides based on the questions they missed?  Then add variables to each slide as well, indicating which slides to move to dependent on whether or not a related question was missed?

Please tell me there's an alternative to doing this, because it seems like it's going to be a ton of work.

(I use a lot of adjectives when I'm sleepy, I'm noticing.)

So, it looks like I'm going to need to use true/false variables to accomplish this, aren't I :(?

Hmmm, I think so. At least I can't think of a better way. Hopefully someone out there has already tried this and figured something clever out...

Would love to see what you're able to come up with regardless. Good luck, Ashley!
