I have set up a question that branches depending on the user selection. However, this results in the LMS reporting the course to be incomplete as it thinks the user skipped a slide. Is there any way to fix this?
Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
I've tested in SCORM Cloud and still getting the same error. My dilemma is this: I have a true/false question and depending on the answer, the user goes a certain way. When the user answers "True", the LMS reports the course as "Completed". If the user answers "False", the LMS reports the course as "Incomplete".
If the user views a different number of slides for each branch then you would need to set the minimum number of slides tracked to ensure that both branches can be set as complete. , or set up a fake quiz and results slide, and use that to report instead

Hi Christine,
I've tested in SCORM Cloud and still getting the same error. My dilemma is this: I have a true/false question and depending on the answer, the user goes a certain way. When the user answers "True", the LMS reports the course as "Completed". If the user answers "False", the LMS reports the course as "Incomplete".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If the user views a different number of slides for each branch then you would need to set the minimum number of slides tracked to ensure that both branches can be set as complete. , or set up a fake quiz and results slide, and use that to report instead
E.g if branch 1 has 10 slides and branch two has 12, you would need to set it to 10 slides viewed.
If you are just using the true/false question to set up branching, do you need it to be scored?
If not, go to the results slide and uncheck it from being counted in the results.
