When answering a incorrect answer in a question slide, I have this set up to send this back to the slide with the correct answer, so the person can read what the correct answer is. However, after reading the answer and pressing next-I need this next slide to revert back to the same quiz question again. Instead, it sends me back to the next question. Why is this happening?

Hi Gina
are you using feedback layers on the quiz question and how many attempts have you set up.
Here is a tutorial about creating quiz questions that may help you.
I believe I have feedback layers?!
On T/F questions, one attempt. On multiple answers, they have 2 tries, then sent back to slide with answer. After that, they should be able to click in next and it take you right back to the same question. I haven't been able to watch tutorials, so I am learning trial and error.
Shouldn't they click prev on the answer slide to go back to the slide they were on?
Hard to say Gina without seeing your setup. Which version of SL are you using? Can you share the .story file and let us know which quiz question you're having trouble with
I tried the previous button as well, that does not work.
I am not sure where to find out what version we have.
I am not sure how to send you my .story. Attachment?
I have 5 stories. #1 works, I set up the remainder the same way, so I am not sure why 2-4 are not working the same.
Thank you
Are either of the icons below familiar to which one you select to open SL. Otherwise if you open a new project file (or any file) and it should say in the top left above the menu options
To upload your .story file, use the grey 'Add Attachment' button at the bottom of the post.
If you have a project file that is working and one that isn't working have your compared all the triggers for the slides you are trying to manage?
Hello, it is Storyline 2.
Thank you so much, some of the triggers were incorrect.
Thanks for coming back around with an update, Gina! Since you found the culprit triggers, does that mean the issue is sorted out? Let us know if you need any further help!
