I'm trying to build a course with two quizzes that eventually lead into a single results slide in order to allow for a test-out option.
The issue I'm facing now is that on the test out quiz, when I fail the quiz on purpose, I'm directed to the Success layer. I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what's wrong here and would be happy to share the project file.
have you checked the result slides for each quiz are using the correct result variables and then the final result slide is including both those result slides (and reporting using it's correct result variables).
Happy to take a look if you want to share the file.
In order to test the variables, I removed the triggers on the results slide to show success or failure layer, but the quiz hangs up after submitting the last question. I expected to just see the results base layer showing the score for the quiz.

Hi Mike

Quick stupid question:
Can both quizzes use the same variables, or do they need to be unique? (Such as QuizA -Results.PassPercent, and QuizB - Results2.PassPercent)?
In order to test the variables, I removed the triggers on the results slide to show success or failure layer, but the quiz hangs up after submitting the last question. I expected to just see the results base layer showing the score for the quiz.
What causes it to hang up?
Hi Wendy, I replaced the Results.Percent variables with Results.Points variables, and it seems to be behaving correctly now.
Thank you for response! I will follow up if I can't get it to work still.
High-five to you, Mike! 🖐 Glad you were able to sort it out. If you run into any more snags, you know where to find us!
