Hi Dennis and thanks for sharing the images and the file for us to take a look at.
The issue was that you had the question set to submit the results vs submit the Hotspot for the first question. That's why you say Prev/Next buttons on your next question vs the Submit button you probably expected. That's what gave it away to me that the course was in Review Mode.
I've updated your file for this first scene and it seems to have alleviated the issue you shared above.
Hi Leslie, I thought I was in good shape, but when I move from scene 1 to scene 2 the program does not work, even though it works in preview. O have attached the file. Maybe you can get me through this error.
Looks like it's set to go to 1.4 if the user selects the wrong hotspot. It's going to 1.5 if the correct hotspot is chosen - just as your triggers indicate. Have you updated the file again? Share your updated file if you think something else may be going on.
I switched the trigger order for your Correct Hotspot on slide 1.3 so that the Jump to Slide trigger is above the Submit interaction trigger as shown in the screenshot below. It should work now. I've also attached your edited course file. :)
Hi ALI, Thanks for your prompt reply. I want to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving. BTW, I thought that the higher the order of the trigger is the one that takes precedent.

Your slide 1.4 still has a 'Submit Results' trigger vs submitting the interaction that the user is on.
OMG, What the h is wrong with me.

Nothing at all - you're just up against a deadline it seems and another set of eyes can be helpful :)
Leslie, would you please look at slide 1.3 where it jumps to the wrong slide. It is programmed to jump to 1.5 but goes to 1.4. Help.

btw, here is the image you sent me yesterday. It might differ than today's comments.
DG
Yes, looks the same in your updated file. What do you want to happen? It looks like it is following your triggers when testing.
Jump to 1.5 when user clicks correct hotspot and Jump to 1.4 when users clicks incorrect hotspot.
Here is a screenshot of the correct hotspot results on !.3. Which is incorrect.

Hey there Dennis! In this particular instance, you'll want the jump to trigger first as once the interaction is submitted nothing else can occur.
Thanks for the well wishes :) I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving as well!
