Quiz error random question

Hello. I have a problem during an evaluation. I have a multiple scene lesson. When I select a scene and perform the test at once, it works without errors, but when I select a scene, close the lesson, and open it again, the test generates an error "TypeError: a.slides[n.absoluteId] is undefined" at every question and it creates a kind of loop that sends the results sheet on blank. It only happens when I use a random question bank that is the option that I need.

Thank you for letting us know what you are running into with your project.

I uploaded your zipped output to SCORM Cloud to test, but I was able to complete the quiz, close the course, re-open and resume successfully.

Could you take a look at the published output here and let me know if you're running into the same issue and the steps to recreate if so. I'd be happy to take another look.

The problem is when the user do the following steps:
1. Exploring the two slide.
2. Closing the course.
3. Resuming it at the point the user was before closing.
4. Completing the quiz.
5. When the quiz is failed, retry it.

Sometimes it generates the error at this point, or sometimes it let you present the quiz but generates the error at the end, when it shows the final results.

Could you please check it in that order?

This is a example that I made, but I have a course with 44 slides and 1 quiz with 3 attempts, so when the user doesn´t take the quiz at the same try that when he/she saw the slides, but closes it and later takes the quiz, it generates the error in the second attempt.

Hi Helda! I saw that I could not get a passing score even when answering all of the questions correcto and not exiting the course at all.

I noticed that when I closed the course and resumed, the course froze when trying to retake the quiz. It froze at different points.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your .story project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Great news!  We just released another update for Articulate 360 and included a few important fixes that you'll see in the release notes here.

Fixed: Learners couldn't close the correct/incorrect banner on question slides during quiz review, and courses sometimes locked up when reviewing or retrying question bank quizzes.

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.
