I built a series of modules built in SL3/360 (I interchanged between the two when building)... Where ever I use the free form MC quiz, the slides autoadvance to the next slide from the feedback layer, but on andriod devices only. Any insights?
Hi Katie,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I was using both storyline 3 and 360 (I tried publishing with both, and they both yielded the same result)
It’s hosted on a web server. I tested on AWS, and the client is using their own servers (same result)
I was testing on a Samsung Galaxy with chrome. The client tested using a google pixel and 6t.
I noted it’s not consistent however, very bizarre and the slides are identical otherwise.
I can’t send the file as its proprietary info, but I can strip down the content for those quiz slides if that helps?
Thank you for sharing those details! If you can share a stripped-down version of the course, that would help out greatly. We can help troubleshoot this snag and provide our findings as well.
Please keep us posted and let us know if you have any questions!
I ran through some tests using a Samsung Galaxy S10 and a Google Pixel 3a, however, I am having a hard time recreating the issue. May I ask if you could share a screen recording of the problem? That would help out greatly as we get the to bottom of this!
Thank you for sharing the screen recording! I see what you're looking at with the inconsistencies of Feedback Layers. Along with my colleagues, I've tested this out on my end, and I can't recreate what is happening on your end.
I've opened a support case with our Support Engineers so we can continue investigating! I've sent you a brief email explaining the next steps, so please let me know if you don't see an email from support@articulate.com.

Hi Kataryna,
I'm happy to work closely with you to find out why the slides auto-advance on Android. Could you help me with these key details?

Here is a redacted version.
Hi Kataryna,
Thanks for sharing a sample .story file. I published as well and I'm not running into the issue you described.
Here's my published course for you to test. Do you experience the same issue?
I used a Samsung S10 using Chrome and a Google Pixel 4 using Chrome.
Hi Leslie,
No, in fact it's still happening for me (Q 1 and Q 3) https://katdemo.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/quizonly+-+Storyline+output/story_html5.html Though when I view yours it doesn't appear to do the same?

Hi Vincent
Of course, thank you! See attached. (You'll notice it behaves inconsistently.)
