I am working on a Storyline 360 course and observed an issue regarding the quiz slides. When the browser isn't maximized, a huge white space appears around the quiz. These quiz slides have the menu hidden from them, so the issue starts to appear when the quiz slide is displayed after a slide that still shows the menu panel.
The strange thing is, once the browser is resized or maximized and then restored to its previous size where the issue appeared, the white space won't be present anymore. I have attached a screenshot of how it looks. Would appreciate any ideas anyone might have to resolve this as it can get distracting for our users.
I'm happy to help! My first recommendation is to look in the Player Properties settings, and see how your course is set to display. For example, this setting customizes how the course is displayed in a browser.
Secondly, are all of your courses displayed like this in the LMS? If so, does your LMS have display settings that you could adjust?
Our display settings have been the same for years and we've never
encountered this issue and this only happens when we get to the question
slides. The rest of the course does not look like this.
