Also, if you're course isn't tracking I wanted to point you to this blog post on troubleshooting common LMS issues. Specifically, I'd suggest looking at the section on testing within SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is replicated there. If not, you'll want to share that information with your Cornerstone support team.
