In my Storyline 2 project a quiz is displayed in a lightbox opened by a user clicking a button inserted on baselayer at video cuepoint. When the user tries to submit his answer before actually answering he faces the 'invalid-answer'-prompt as expected. When he closes the 'invalid-answer'-prompt the lightbox content (the quiz) is no longer displayed, and only way out is to close the lightbox by clicking the red x.
In this situation some users stay calm and just reopen the lightbox - others panic and reach out to our first level support.
Wow - that is a big course. Is it one video that is attached to the quiz or a series of videos in the module? If it is a series of videos perhaps you could create a new project file and just import in the video and attached slides. If not, you might be better logging a support ticket with Articulate to see if the guys can help you.

Update: The problem is only in published version (I publish to LMS). Everything works just fine when I Preview the entire project
Which output are using using in the LMS Flash or HTML5 and which browser?
Publish settings attached as jpg.

Another problem : The Seekbar is disabled after displaying quiz in lightbox. I posted this problem in this thread, https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/seek-bar-doesnot-run-when-you-replay-the-slide#reply-477462, since others seem to experience the same issue.
