I have a quiz that has 5 questions. The passing score is set to 80%. I uploaded this quiz to my LMS and sometimes when I complete the quiz and get all 5 questions right it says 100% within the quiz results slide, however, when I go back to my LMS it will say 80% sometimes and other times it records it correctly as 100%. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Which standard did you publish with (i.e., SCORM 1.2, CMI5, SCORM 2004, etc.)?
