Is there a way to display a menu similar to that of Quizmaker in Storyline? I want users to be able to see which questions are un-answered or skipped as well as their current points in the menu. Ideas?
That menu is a feature specific to Quizmaker. The only way I could see carrying this over is to upload the standalone Quizmaker quiz to a web server and insert that quiz as a WebObject. However, by doing so, you won't have the same functionality that you'd get from questions inserted into Storyline.
You could also submit a feature request to have this included in Storyline.
