My client is requesting a quiz where the learner selects a multiple choice or true/false answer in addition to inputting a short answer on each slide. They want each entry scored and recorded in the LMS. Is this possible? Please send ideas ASAP. Thanks!

While I am not aware of a method to suggest for what your client has in mind, it appears that a similar question was raised over in this discussion in case you'd like to take a look. Or perhaps others in the community have set up something similar to what you are requesting and would be able to stop in with additional ideas, as well.
