Quiz not working, as well as ability to click to advance to particular slides

I have been racking my brain for days trying to figure out this issue.  My entire project worked seemlessly in the preview function of storyline, but once published for review 360, it won't allow others to input answers, or select multiple choice, or drag and drop for word banks.  Some slides won't advance.  I build all my courses from blank templates, but the quizzes themselves are your own templates.  Two of us have gone through every one of my slides and can't find the issue.  Can someone help get me through this, I have a major deadline and several courses doing this
