I have seen an occasional issue on Quiz slides where the answers seem to wobble slightly when users make a selection. The answers and the radio buttons wobble as a single object.
Sorry to hear your answers wobble when the user makes a selection. We have noted a bug for certain situations where hovering could cause jittery text behavior in a multiple-choice setting. Though I'd like to ask a few questions to help narrow down this issue:
Does the wobble happen when the user hovers over the answer choice, or when they click the choice?
Are you publishing to HTML5 or Flash?
What version of Storyline are you using?
What browser are you using?
