I am building a course which is reporting in the SCORM cloud as passed but the course completeion status remains "In Progress" in LMS.... please help!!
Is your LMS only showing the in progress - but SCORM Cloud shows completed and passed? Have you reached out to your LMS team to see if you need to change any of the publish settings or share with them the results from your SCORM Cloud test?
It sounds like we'll need to take a look at the course and what you've set up in regards to the passing/completion status and how it's behaving in SCORM Cloud. If you'd like to send along to our Support Engineers you can upload it here.
Mark probably got this solved since it has been a year since his posting, but in case anyone else runs into this problem, you might check one simple thing. When you click on 'Publish', check your tracking slide for the quiz and make sure it is on the correct slide. I had a developer create a module for me, and he had created an extra results slide and the published course was tracking the extra slide. That was throwing off my course being marked as complete. When I changed it to the correct tracking slide, voila....completed course.

SCORM cloud is also showing incomplete, but passed. I cannot figure it out why the course will not complete
