Is it possible to customize the window that prompts the users to enter their name before printing the results? As we want our users to Type in their Full Name?
When they print their Results, it opens in a word format... is it possible to have this document a PDF so that they can't alter the answers?
As well, is there a way to set up the program so that they only have to go back to the questions they got wrong instead of re-doing the whole test?

Question 1
yes you can have a input filed that captures the users name.
Therefore you'll need to use an input control (data entry) on your slide.
The input in the data entry field will be assigned to a variable, the variable will be automatically created
Your can the use this variable in a text field as a reference

How about installing a pdf printer, then the output will be a pdf file
