Quiz Print results not accurate.

I have a Storyline project that has 25 quiz slides spread across 6 scenes. The quiz slides are multiple choice, most are check boxes and the rest are radio buttons. There is one sequence drop & drop slide. I am using Storyline, Update 6: 1407.2208.

The problem is, when the user prints the quiz results, not every result printed is what actually took place. The printout is not accurate.

I had two reviewers test my project. Each printed the quiz results.

For one reviewer, the last 2 quiz slides both radio buttons did not list the correct answers. Therefore the user -- who did answer correctly -- was graded as if he gave the wrong answer.

For the other reviewer, two different slides recorded that the she gave a different answer than she actually did. The printed results for the multiple choice slide with checkboxes showed that the user answered the question correctly when actually she got the answer wrong. The printed results for the slide with radio buttons showed the user answered the question incorrectly when she actually answered it correctly.

One of the reviewers just reported to me that EVERY TIME he has printed the quiz results they were not accurate. He said this happened to him 3-4 times.

Why is this happening? Is this a known problem?

Hi Emily,

Yes, I have the reviewers going to the same environment where the final product will reside -- not the exact same folder but on the same Web server. The location is: http://www5.oclc.org/downloads/tutorials/test/policies-quiz/story.html The project was published for Web.'

I have attached the Storyline file. Thank you for looking into this.
