Can quiz questions be scored incrementally, with the score reported to the LMS incrementally, as a student progresses through questions versus upon reaching a results slide?
The lesson should still be tracked and reported as "Track by Results Slide", with a passing grade as defined by the results slide still enforced.

At this time, it's currently not possible. It would make an excellent feature request though.
