I'm wondering if anyone has seen this problem before. I'm using a multiple response question template and once I add more than three choices the choice list becomes misaligned, although each of the choice text boxes seems to be formatted in the same way.
I’m working locally (from my desktop). I’ve tried copying and pasting from a Word document, copying and pasting from Note Pad (too strip out the formatting), and typing in original text, all with the same result.

Please make sure that you are working locally as described here. Also, you could try importing this into a new file to see if the issue persists.
Are you copying and pasting these questions from another source that may be formatted?
I tested a MR question in Storyline 2 with 5 answers and was unable to see any misalignment.
