Quiz question issues

I have made the final updates to a project that I am working on Storyline 2, and went to put everything in the Sandbox environment of our LMS for testing. Now I am getting to the quiz questions, and they are not displaying properly at all! In my last pass, it took me to the Incorrect slide layer, but still didn't display the question or answers, and the radio buttons (on a Multiple Choice question) was scattered and most didn't even appear on the screen. All of the verbiage is gone except for the Incorrect layer explaining what the correct answer is. I have attached a screen shot of the first slide in the quiz that pops up.
When I Preview the module in Storyline 2, everything works properly. Once I put it into the LMS is when this starts happening.

I have corrected this. As with my last 2 issues, I simply deleted the prior to publishing rather then overwriting the existing folders, and things are working fine now. This is a simple but ridiculous fix, and I have no idea why I cannot just overwrite the existing folders when I publish, but that has been the fix for my last 3 issues.

Hi Jason! I'm not sure that I've seen this happen before, but it seems as if you may be having a cache issue. Check this article and see if this assists you.
