Quiz questions not working

Hi,
I have a course that I am amending in SL 360. It has quiz questions at different points during the course. When I preview within SL 360 everything works fine. It is when I publish to Review that I have the issues.
The quiz questions in the first section (a drag & drop, multiple choice questions) work fine. The questions in the second section (a drag & drop and true/false) don't. You can't drag or select anything. The submit button appears for a fraction of a second before disappearing and replaced by Prev and Next buttons (which have been set to not display on this slide).
I have published it as both html5 - flashfallback and flash-html5 fallback with the same results.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you're being forced into "Review Mode" as soon as you visit the questions in the second section.
Without seeing your file, my hunch is that you opened a Results Slide for those quiz questions before you ever visited those quiz slides.

Thanks. I'll have a look at this. There is a results slide before it but
not connected to these questions. Questions after this in other sections
work as expected.
I'll upload the course for you to see.

I'm having sort of the same issue; my questions all work in preview. When I publish, though, only 1 question will work (allow me to select/submit an answer) and all of the rest, regardless of type, do not.
Thoughts?

Hi Ren, I think I figured it out; my questions were randomized and one of them had a "send results" trigger instead of a "submit answer" trigger. I removed the first and that seems to fix it. I'll test it again from an external server, too, just to be sure. (I had published to Review 360 before that.)
