We have created a quiz and have allowed set it so the user can re-take the quiz. The problem we are currently having is that the score is not updating in our LMS (Moodle).
It may be that the LMS is considering the course to be in review mode once the user has reached the completion requirement. You can find more information about that here, and a method to change the behavior. It's also worth checking in with your LMS team to see if there are any modifications you can make as they're your first resource for LMS tracking, reporting issues.
