Quiz response when trying to 'submit' without completing question

I'm wanting to change the automatic response that comes up when someone tries with advance (clicking submit) without answering a question.

The response says 'Invalid answer'. You must complete the question before submitting'.

Can I change this or do I need to build my own trigger in response to pressing the submit button without answering the question.
