Quiz Results Baffling

Are you able to share this .story file with us so that we can take a look at what you've set up and how it's being reported on the results slide? 

I tracked down the problem to several incorrect triggers.

This thread is a bit older and I'm not certain that Steve is still subscribed, so you may want to message him directly using the 'contact me' feature on his profile to determine what he found out since he didn't share here.

Also, just an fyi replying via email includes your signature here - so if you want to remove it you can do so using the edit feature and take out those elements.
