Thank you for your response. Yes, I have tested in SCORM cloud. If pass, the result will return Passed and complete. However, if fail, it consistently returns Fail and incomplete. (this is where I want it to return Fail and complete as the employer does not want student to have another chance and wants fail to be on the student record).
Good call to test your file in SCORM Cloud as well! It sounds like you may be using Passed/Incomplete reporting option. Have you tried using the Passed/Failed reporting option instead?

What version of SCORM are you using? Scorm 1.2 can only report one status. Scorm 2004 can report more than one.
