Our students have been experiencing issues with the quiz results layer displaying upon the first time they enter the quiz. When this happens, it always displays the "incorrect" layer, and does not show an answer selection on the radio buttons. They are not able to make an answer selection and therefore are not able to take the quiz and complete the course.
This occurs pretty rarely, and across a range of devices, on many different courses -- so I haven't been able to determine that these students have anything in common.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Is this course hosted in a LMS, or on the web? If it is in a LMS, you may want to test this in the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard for testing content, and see if you can recreate to issue.
you may also want to make sure that everyone is using the correct system requirements for viewing Storyline content.
