Quiz Results Not Displayed

have just started using Storyline, after using Presenter for several
years. In our first Storyline course, we have had a few learners report
that their quiz results do not display and the LMS does not reflect
their completion status. They are using IE8 and SumTotal LMS. When
viewing the course on IE7 and IE9, the quiz results seem to be ok. What
could be the reason for this problem and how can we fix it?

Have you reviewedthis article on troubleshooting common LMS issues,specifically the heading on testing it within SCORM Cloud? I'd start there and see if the tracking is working as expected in SCORM Cloud, and if it is you'll want to connect with your LMS team. If you're still having difficulty in SCORM Cloud when viewing in IE8 please share your .story file with us here.
