I created a course with few quizzes in Storyline 360. I added the one of the default quiz result pages to the module. When I previewed it on storyline it worked perfectly. After publishing it and adding it to the internal LMS system, I could do the quiz, but the results page would not show the results and the triggers to review or redo the quiz are not working either. Is there a way to fix this?
We would need to see the story file to help. I would double check that the results variable didn't change during publish, and also check how you published the file.
I have had a similar issue with a quiz in Storyline 360. I created a quiz with a question bank of 11 questions and learners would be asked 5 of them. It all worked perfectly in Storyline and I got my results screen showing everything as well.
When I published it then imported the zipped files into my LMS, the first screen (which was an introductory screen) loaded, but I couldn't click the next arrow to progress into the quiz. I could see it, and when I hovered over it, the cursor changed to the hand/finger pointing, but nothing would happen when I clicked on it.
I was using my work laptop which runs Microsoft 10 on it. The interesting thing is that when I tried to run the quiz on my iPad, or MacBook it all worked! A colleague tried and he had the same problem I had, but then also tried his work iPhone, and that wouldn't work - but when I tried it, it did.
I've found a way around it, by importing the quiz element into Rise 360, then putting that onto the LMS and it has seemed to resolve it. Whilst this is good, it's not quite so smooth as I would like.
That is odd. I have been doing quizzes in Storyline for 8 years and have never had that issue. I would love to know your course settings and your export settings.
I am publish for the LMS, the entire project and using the results slide as the tracking option. Quality is optimized for standard delivery, modern player. The output option is SCORM 1.2.

have you tried uploading and testing in Scormcloud? If it works there it may be a setting in your LMS that needs tweaking.
If you let us know which LMS someone may be able to chime in if they've had a similar experience.
