I have published a four module course and these have been put on our test site. Three of these modules are sending the quiz results to the LMS successfully, but one is not. I have looked at the settings for the quiz questions and for the results slide for the problematic module and a working module, but I cannot identify any differences. Could I send the problem file privately for someone to look at?

Lil, have you tried building a new course and importing the quiz elements from the broken one into it > uploading to LMS > and testing? The new course can be blank with the exception of the quiz part.
Thanks - I see that Jayem is assigned to your case and looks like he's doing some testing on your file, so I'll continue to follow along. Simon's suggestion of importing the individual quiz elements into Storyline is a good one to help you narrow down what's occurring and likely Jayem is doing some similar troubleshooting steps.
