Quiz Results Page Not Reflecting Correct Answers

In a multiple-scene project, I have a 4-question (all multiple choice) quiz where in Preview mode or in Articulate Review, the results page does not correctly reflect the scoring or pass/fail mode. Each attempt - regardless of answers submitted - results in a score of 0% and the "failure" layer being displayed.
[when I copy and paste the 5 slides (4 quiz questions plus results page) into a separate project, it runs as expected...]
I have viewed tutorials and reviewed discussion threads...all of the suggested solutions have not worked (in all cases I viewed, I had already set the properties as suggested in the comments). Suggestions?

Hi there Mark, thanks for sharing your file. This one was a real puzzle, but I think I found the culprit. You have two results slides in this file, and they're both using the same variable. Each results slide needs a unique variable, so I created new results slides to generate those unique variables.
Have a look at the changes I made in your file, and let me know if it's working better for you!

I assume the first file you attached is the full module you were having difficulty with? I downloaded to take a look and I'm seeing a score. I still got the failure layer of course, but it seems to be working.
Can you give me the steps to replicate?
I know you mentioned it works in a new file, have you considered just importing the entire project into a new file to see if that alleviates the issue?
...or Alyssa could identify the culprit ;) I didn't go thru all scenes, so that would explain my different results :)
