We have a set up a quiz that can either be completed in English/Welsh or both.
We have 10 Welsh questions and 10 equivalent English questions. The problem we have is that if the user completes in one language and gets all questions right they only get a score of 50% as there are 10 questions unanswered. We could multiply by 2 but if a learner decides to do 2 questions in English as well they will have answered 12 questions. Any ideas?
I have been wondering also on what possible solutions to this problem.
After reading some discussions related to this, I came across with this thread. I think it will be able to assist you well. It tackles different approaches to multi language scoring challenge.
