Hi there, Richard. You'll want to make sure you have a trigger to hide your failure layer when clicking the Continue button (and that trigger needs to come before the trigger to jump to slide 1.1). The results slide will resume its saved state when you revisit it. Even though the triggers are firing correctly on the second visit, the failure layer is still displaying.
An alternative is to set your results slide properties to "reset to initial state" when revisiting. Let me know if either of these settings works for you!

I managed to stop the double display by hiding the opposite during evaluation. I'm still interested in why this is happening.
