In the quiz review you see a check in front of the correct answer and at the bottom of the slide you see a correct or incorrect in green or red. I would like this to show up immediately after the student has answered the question. I know about feedback per question but that is not what I am looking for. I would prefer the quiz reviews "way of showing right or wrong" after each question. Is there a way to do so?
Unfortunately, if the quiz is set to shuffle the answers, you won't be able to add checkmarks by the correct answers, because those answers will be in a different location every time. Otherwise, customizing the feedback layers will let you get the look you want.

You can design the Correct and Incorrect layers to look like the "review" screens. Here's a post about customizing feedback layers:
