I have a quiz results slide with a review button. When I click on the button, it goes back to the first slide and shows the Incorrect banner across the bottom, even if the answer was correct. Then it gets stuck. I can't advance to the next slide. I've tried redoing the results slide, but it does the same thing. Can anyone help me out?

The slide properties on your question slides were set to 'Reset to Initial State' which is why the Review was displaying this way.
I've adjusted your question slides to Automatically and the Review is now working as expected. Your file is attached.
I can see that you're using a custom navigation button for this quiz, but I'm not getting stuck. In a default quiz, the Submit button shows up during the quiz, but a Next button displays during Review. It may be confusing for users to click Submit when reviewing, so I've added a Next button that displays during the Review layer as an idea.
The Review function works, and doesn't get stuck. Thanks for the Next button idea. There is one problem though. If you click Retry after Review, the Next button is still there. I'm sure I can work something out with variables though.
