I've built a MC quiz in Quizmaker. When you select "Review," the slides show either the correct or incorrect branding on the bottom of each slide which is the desired result.
When I import the questions (same file) into Storyline, the correct or incorrect branding does not show on the bottom of the slide. Please see attached screenshots.
Is there something else I should be doing in Storyline?
Hi Susan, thanks for reaching out here! I tested this on my end, and I was able to see the Correct/Incorrect feedback at the bottom of each slide. Would you mind sharing your Quizmaker file with me so I can test importing it into Storyline? You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window to attach your file here.
I'm not seeing any attachment here. If you are attaching via e-mail that could be why. Please be sure that you click on 'View' and utilize the Add Attachment option here in the forums.
Hi Susan, thanks for sharing your files here. I was able to reproduced what you described, even when I imported the Quizmaker questions into a new Storyline file. I compared all of your settings to the settings in my test file, and I didn't find any differences. At this point, it would be best if our support team stepped in to investigate further. I opened a case on your behalf (#00968693), and you should hear from one of our engineers shortly.
Please see the exchanges below. I appreciate the rebuild in Quizmaker, but that is not the issue.
Thanks,
Susan

Abel,
Thank you.
I already do # 1 & 2 (you were working with Version 5). I don't leave the machine running (#4). I do run a scan check (lots of nasty stuff out there), but manually at start-up then restart and turn-off the software. Nothing on the latest scan showed a problem. I will install Dropbox as you suggest.
The problem was not running the file in Quizmaker but Storyline 360. I imported your Quizmaker file into Storyline and published. It still does not work - on my original machine, separate PC or separate Mac. Instead of a Quizmaker file, please send a Storyline file that works so I can see it.
Hi Susan! Thanks for letting me know the rebuild did not fix your issue, since the problem is actually viewing a Quizmaker file in Storyline 360. Abel is testing this as we speak, and he will get back with you shortly!

Hi there Susan! Just wanted to check back in on your case - it looks like Abel is doing some testing now, so you should hear back soon!
Thank you, but any resolution or update?
Susan
Just checked in again, and I can see that Abel is still testing. Hang in there, Susan! Hopefully you'll hear something soon. :)
Thank you.
