Quiz review result is wrong when opening the quiz a second time

I am having problems with a stand alone test I have built.

It is a simple test with 10 questions and you need 7 or more right to pass. If you go through the test once it works perfectly, you get a result and if you pass it is reflected in our LMS.

The problem comes if you open it again afterwards. The people who have tested the file for me get prompted to resume from the last viewed slide, that is ok. However, then they see the results slide with a different results than the one they originally had. For example the first time they got 90 points and when they open it again it says 50 points, this is below the passing score.

Any ideas what is causing this behavior and how I can correct it?

Hi, Alba -- Thank you for testing your course in the SCORM Cloud, and as you've stated that you are not seeing the same issue there, that leads me to believe that the issue could be occurring in the LMS itself. Thanks for the quick reply.

I have tried the troubleshooting from the links and the problem is still there.

I have informed my colleagues in charge of our LMS and they will check if they can find out what the problem is, although they don't know what could cause this on their side
