I have a Quiz with a question bank and a Retry button. If a user passes the Quiz and then fails in the next attempt, the score on Cornerstone does not update to failed with score. It continues to show passed with score. I need the score updated. Is there a way to do it?
Sounds like something that you may need to follow up with your Cornerstone team on. I do know that I've seen a similar conversation here if you'd like to take a look. We also have a pretty good Cornerstone thread/group going here :) Hope that helps.
