Quiz Screen showing blank and seekbar all the way to the right

I have been running into an issue with several of my users reaching a quiz screen and it is displaying blank. Once they email me the seekbar is typically all the way to the right. If I or they go back into their attempt and pull the seekbar thumb to the left the question displays. I can not replicate the initial problem of the question not displaying.

 

Has anyone run into something similar? I was wondering if it is a Javascript race condition, CPU choking, something to do with the API-to-LMS commit call roundtrip taking too long? Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what your users are experiencing. I agree with Sam as it looks like they may have previously viewed the slide and the end of the timeline is blank.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
